Leads a software support team responsible for production reliability, defect triage, code maintenance, deployments, vulnerability remediation, testing, and operational response. Develops and reviews code, coordinates Agile delivery, monitors production concerns, communicates risks, and partners with engineering, infrastructure, IT, QA, product, and customer experience teams to maintain secure, supportable digital learning applications.

Leads the visual direction and design of multiple children’s magazines, partnering with editorial to develop visual storytelling and manage illustration assignments, photo shoots, layouts, and production workflows. Oversees creative consistency across publications, mentors design staff, manages freelancers and artists, and balances multiple deadlines in a fast-paced publishing environment.

Designs editorial content for children’s magazines, including layouts, activities, puzzles, crafts, and visual storytelling. Collaborates with art directors, editors, illustrators, photographers, and production teams; supports illustration assignments and artist research; manages multiple projects through recurring publication deadlines; and contributes creative ideas while maintaining each magazine’s visual identity.
