The engineer collaborates with business and technical leaders to uncover insights, operationalize them, and demonstrate ROI from AI and automation initiatives.

Directs technology and product program management across complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. Establishes PMO standards, governs portfolios, manages roadmaps, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, KPIs, and prioritization. Leads cross-functional teams, executive stakeholder communications, OKR and QBR processes, project governance, and delivery frameworks. Coaches project management practitioners and ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in scope.
