Provide survey management and wellbore placement services from an on-site Remote Operations Center. QC and maintain survey data, identify and correct survey errors, troubleshoot MWD operator issues, monitor collision-avoidance risks, and communicate with internal and external customers. Build customer and field relationships while working 12-hour shifts on a 7/7 schedule.

Candidates will perform manual labor tasks on a rig site, including rig assembly, equipment operation, and general maintenance duties while demonstrating company values.

Lead and supervise automation directional drilling at the wellsite to meet directional paths and targets. Ensure BHA assembly per plan, operate/inspect/maintain downhole tools and motors, generate daily and final reports, collaborate with Co Rep and MWD, train and mentor staff, troubleshoot equipment, attend safety meetings, and represent H&P professionally.
