Position includes driving a company vehicle and up to 25% travel.

Build and maintain customer relationships to sell agronomic products and solutions, prospect for new business, demonstrate products, complete contracts, collect receivables, represent the company at trade shows, meet market sales goals, follow credit policy, provide excellent customer service, and perform territory-based responsibilities using a company vehicle.

Sell agronomy products and solutions to existing and prospective customers, build relationships, demo products, complete sales paperwork, collect receivables, attend trade shows, meet sales goals, and travel within assigned territory (driving required).

Apply herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers to labeled crops, operate and maintain application equipment, mix chemicals, keep accurate acreage logs, follow safety and PPE protocols, maintain certifications/licenses, work nights and weekends during busy season, and pass required physical, drug and background checks.

Operate helicopters or fixed-wing aircraft to perform aerial application of pesticides/fertilizers, ensuring safety, FAA and pesticide regulatory compliance. Survey sites, brief crews, supervise loading/fueling, maintain flight and dispensing records, coordinate with supervisors and clients, and maintain required certifications and training.
