Lead regional property operations to execute strategy, drive NOI, integrate acquisitions, and optimize sales/leasing. Coach community managers, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company standards, oversee budgets, capital projects, vendor management, and resident/employee experience to achieve performance goals.

Support community operations through resident relations, collections, leasing and move-in support, and work order management. Serve as a visible point of contact for residents, help collect rent and prepare statements, assist with leasing documents and move-ins, plan community events, and ensure maintenance requests are completed promptly.
