Source and engage technical candidates across software engineering, data, and related disciplines. Partner with recruiters and engineering leaders, conduct market mapping and talent research, create personalized outreach campaigns, use Boolean search and AI-enabled tools, track sourcing metrics, and deliver a strong candidate experience through handoff to recruiting teams.

Implements and maintains Dungeons & Dragons content in D&D Beyond’s digital tools. Responsibilities include entering and validating sourcebook content, testing functionality, authoring HTML, CSS, and JSON, updating CMS content, documenting bugs, collaborating with product, engineering, design, and QA teams, maintaining standards, reviewing peer work, and managing multiple releases and deadlines.
