Develops sales strategies, forecasts revenue, optimizes processes, manages logistics providers and vendor contracts, controls costs, mitigates operational risks, and establishes performance metrics. Collaborates with finance and other stakeholders to align capacity with demand, maintain profitability, and meet client expectations. Presents operational and financial performance to executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

Generate and qualify net-new business opportunities through inbound responses, outbound outreach, networking, presentations, discovery calls, and proposals. Manage prospects through opportunity identification, align client needs with service offerings, maintain accurate CRM records, communicate pipeline insights, and collaborate on Statements of Work. Build relationships with C-level decision-makers while achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
