Technical Support Engineer

Provide best-in-class technical support to our customers. Resolve technical and usability problems via log analysis, debugging, configuration and root cause analysis. Work with REST APIs, Gtmhub OKRs Platform Integrations and 3rd-party products to make recommendations to resolve customer issues.  Review, write, or modify business logic - typically in SQL - in order to implement a specific solution for a customer. Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions. Work with Engineering and Product teams to advocate the customer needs. Document and share your knowledge with customers by contributing to the Gtmhub Knowledge Base. Collaborate with our global support team, share best practices and drive process improvements. Save the world a couple of times per day :)

Manage the sales-cycle including lead generation, qualification and other deliverables for closing deals while consistently delivering on aggressive sales goals. Deliver compelling value-based conversations to identify pain and address customer challenges. Work with Sales Development to create opportunities from leads. Work with Marketing to follow up on events, campaigns, and leads. Work with Customer Success to develop account expansion plans. Identify and engage relevant decision makers and influencers within target accounts. Identify, explore, and document relevant customer challenges. Map prospective accounts org structure, people, priorities and more. Manage your pipeline of opportunities. Accurately forecast all sales activity and revenue to exceed sales targets.

Use all available channels to creatively identify and contact key decision makers in prospect companies. Develop strategies to effectively prioritize accounts and manage lead generation. Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base. Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles. Customize reports and insights for prospects and customers. Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity. Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions. Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses. Effectively communicate client needs to our developer teams for future product enhancements. Collect and document competitive intelligence.
