Leads business process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives. Analyzes workflows, maps processes, identifies inefficiencies, applies Lean and Six Sigma methods, evaluates performance data, recommends automation solutions, and partners with cross-functional leaders to implement scalable improvements and drive change adoption.
