Own and evolve the training ecosystem for internal teams and clients: define roadmap, prioritize audiences and topics, design learner-centered training, manage backlog and projects, measure training impact, and keep training aligned with product and operational needs.

Lead full-cycle B2G sales into government clients: manage outreach, RFP/RFI responses, demos, proposals, contracting, and handoffs. Build stakeholder relationships, manage a territory and pipeline, meet quota, coordinate internal teams, represent the company at events, and help improve go-to-market strategies.

Prepare and map legacy tax data for migration into TaxSys: reverse-engineer source data, write conversion specs, QA developer outputs, communicate with clients and project teams, and support go-live. Track down and remediate bad data, lead small projects, and assist client verification and training.

Serve as a technical liaison between clients and developers: troubleshoot complex issues, write technical specifications, prioritize tickets, test changes, lead implementations, provide training, and drive process improvements and client success.

Lead and manage complex software implementation projects (SaaS) for government clients. Adapt project management methodologies, communicate clearly to stakeholders, drive projects through uncertainty, collaborate across remote teams, and travel up to 25% as needed.

Build and support high-performance data solutions, design and operate ETL pipelines and data warehouses, monitor production analytics tools, troubleshoot system issues, collaborate with product teams, and support TechOps for analytics infrastructure.
