Interprets drawings and specifications, resolves design conflicts, prepares documentation and quantity take-offs, supports material controls and change orders, establishes field control lines and elevations, and assists with project meetings. The role may supervise project staff and requires coordination across onsite departments to maintain quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance.

Manage the safety and health management system for an assigned construction location. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, audits, training, incident and near-miss investigations, hazard analyses, regulatory inspections, corrective actions, and safety meetings. The role partners with employees, owners, clinics, and regulatory agencies to maintain compliance, reduce incidents, and improve workplace safety. Travel may be required, and the position involves working outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, and in construction or plant environments.

Coordinates designers and construction teams across preconstruction and post-design phases of alternative procurement projects. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, estimating deliverables, constructability reviews, design alternatives, quantity take-offs, design changes, and risk reduction. Supports projects exceeding $100 million and ensures timely resolution of shop drawings, information requests, design variations, and non-conformances. Extensive overnight travel and work around construction equipment are required.

Assists the driller with drilling operations, mechanical tasks, equipment maintenance, site setup, and transport between job sites. Operates service trucks and construction equipment, handles drill pipe and materials, collects and labels samples, completes daily documentation, and follows safety and quality procedures. Requires outdoor work in all weather, extended 10–12-hour shifts, occasional heavy lifting, travel, and periods away from home for up to two weeks.
