The Senior Application Analyst designs, configures, tests, validates, and supports Epic Resolute Hospital Billing applications within revenue cycle workflows. Responsibilities include translating operational needs into system workflows, troubleshooting issues, managing enhancements and change control, developing documentation and training, coordinating testing and go-live activities, and supporting production environments. The role requires Epic Hospital Billing expertise and certification, with on-site support during go-live or downtime events.

Designs, builds, tests, validates, implements, and supports Epic clinical applications, with primary responsibility for Epic Clinical Case Management. Analyzes workflows, configures systems, troubleshoots issues, supports go-live events, coordinates testing and change control, develops documentation and training, and collaborates with clinical departments, trainers, project managers, and IT leadership.

Leads strategy, governance, configuration, integrations, testing, support, and optimization for Workday Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning modules. Manages the platform roadmap, enterprise process implementations, requirements gathering, solution design, incident resolution, data integrity, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. Provides team leadership, oversees performance, aligns technology initiatives with business priorities, and manages project planning, risks, enhancements, and process improvements.
