Litigate complex insurance coverage and extra-contractual matters in Colorado state and federal courts. Manage cases independently, develop discovery plans, take and defend depositions, assess insurance liability exposure, prepare case evaluations, and handle multiple matters while maintaining strong written work. The role requires Colorado bar admission, litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent legal research and writing skills.

Represents clients in data breach, cybersecurity, privacy, technology, and related class action litigation. Handles matters from inception with minimal supervision, conducts legal research, drafts and communicates effectively, and advises on state privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant legal experience; law firm experience and CIPP/US certification are preferred.

Supports attorneys with litigation case management, discovery drafting and organization, document review, legal and factual research, pleadings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include preparing exhibits and pretrial pleadings, coordinating witnesses and vendors, organizing case records and databases, and communicating professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff. Requires California litigation experience, particularly in personal injury and construction defect matters.

Seeking lateral law firm partners with established practices and a minimum portable book of business valued at $1 million. Partners will manage clients, teams, and cases from intake through trial across various practice areas. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Provide transactional, compliance, privacy, advertising, e-commerce, and artificial intelligence legal counsel to technology-focused clients. Advise retailers, advertising platforms, lead generators, data brokers, software companies, and other businesses on agreements, consumer data, online advertising, payment processing, and AI issues. Handle matters independently while delivering strategic client service and potentially participating in hearings, depositions, and trials.
