Prepare and review federal, state, gift, trust, and international tax returns for high-net-worth clients; produce tax projections and planning, perform withholding analyses, manage notices/audits, evaluate tax software, improve processes, and help recruit/train the Tax team. Support wealth advisors and provide year-round tax consulting.

Manage end-to-end client operational workflows including onboarding, account maintenance, and custodial communications. Maintain and enhance CRM workflows (PractiFi), update portfolio data (Orion), process client forms and e-signatures, coordinate with custodians (Charles Schwab), and continuously improve operations. Support recruiting and training on the Operations team and act as a reliable, service-oriented administrative partner for planners and advisors.

Support Financial Planners and Wealth Advisors by building and updating financial plans in eMoney, modeling scenarios, drafting Excel analyses, managing CRM and Google Sheets workflows, researching planning topics, and coordinating workloads with other paraplanners.
