Manage and migrate on-premises server infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, administer cloud and on-prem Windows/Linux servers, implement Azure services and monitoring, perform incident response, maintain security/configuration (AD, GPO, networking, storage), and collaborate on disaster recovery, audits, and operational processes.

Support ICE Invoice Management workflows and system controls for mortgage servicing. Maintain fee codes, investigate invoice issues, assist testing and reporting, monitor controls, prepare KPI and exception reports, and coordinate remediation and process improvements.

Design and iterate multi-channel conversational experiences (chatbots/voice) including intents, entities, prompts, fallbacks, and testing. Create conversation artifacts, define channel-specific behaviors, enforce style and safety guidelines, support platform implementations, use analytics to optimize flows, collaborate with UX/engineering/security, and maintain operational reliability and observability.

Manage moderate-complexity business and technology projects across Discovery to Delivery. Coordinate scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, reporting, UAT, and stakeholder communication while supporting Agile practices.
