Administer medications safely, monitor and report resident condition changes, assist with daily living activities, maintain accurate care documentation, follow health and safety regulations, and provide compassionate companionship to senior residents. The role requires an active state-issued QMAP certification and includes PRN day and night shifts.

Assists with meal preparation and delivery for care center residents, sets up and clears dining areas, cleans and sanitizes food service equipment, and restocks dining supplies while supporting residents’ nutritional needs.

Provides direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, documentation, emergency support, health education, and communication with physicians and RN supervisors. Monitors resident conditions, reports changes, supervises CNAs, and supports residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being. PRN day and night shifts are available.

Designs, plans, and leads activity programs to enhance residents' physical, mental, and social well-being. Coordinates volunteers, community events, budgets, calendars, and resident outings; maintains participation records and safe, engaging activity spaces.
