Build and lead Franki’s internal talent acquisition function, managing full-cycle recruiting across all departments. Source candidates proactively, develop employer branding, manage recruiting metrics and agency partners, ensure hiring compliance, and partner with People Operations on onboarding, career development, succession planning, and manager capability. The role is fully remote, autonomous, and focused on reducing agency reliance while building scalable recruiting and talent frameworks.

Design intuitive mobile and web experiences, build scalable Figma component libraries and design systems, create visual and motion assets for product and marketing, collaborate with Product and Engineering, mentor designers, and establish design standards and workflows.

Lead and scale paid acquisition for consumer app growth and merchant lead generation. Own strategy, manage agencies, run and optimize campaigns across major ad platforms, build experimentation roadmaps, manage attribution and reporting (AppsFlyer, GA4, GTM, Salesforce), and partner with Product, Sales, Data, and Creative teams.
