Leads Intelex’s inorganic growth strategy, including acquisitions, technology partnerships, alliances, and post-acquisition integration. Builds market and competitive intelligence capabilities, informs product strategy and portfolio investment decisions, and evaluates new market opportunities. Partners with executive leadership, product, finance, legal, sales, and marketing teams while managing senior external relationships. Presents strategic recommendations to executives and the Board and leads a team of analysts and intelligence specialists.

Provides hands-on technical leadership across product areas by defining architecture, engineering standards, and scalable system designs. Leads modernization, cloud transformation, platform scalability, developer productivity, and cross-team technical initiatives. Partners with product and engineering stakeholders, conducts design reviews, manages technical risks, and mentors engineers. Requires extensive experience with TypeScript, Node.js, C#, distributed systems, cloud platforms, DevOps, Terraform, and reliable enterprise software.

Owns the cloud architecture vision and roadmap for an AWS-first, multi-cloud SaaS environment. Designs secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure; leads cloud modernization; enables AI and data platforms; establishes Terraform, CI/CD, observability, security, governance, and reliability standards; and partners with engineering, security, operations, customers, auditors, and leadership. Coordinates major incident response and drives self-service infrastructure and developer experience improvements.
