Manage internal provider calendars, including schedule changes, coverage adjustments, shift swaps, and scheduling gaps. Monitor clinician capacity, utilization, and appointment SLAs; maintain accurate records and audit changes. Communicate scheduling logistics to providers, coordinate leave and onboarding coverage, and collaborate with credentialing, licensing, regional leadership, and practice operations. Support care transitions, improve scheduling workflows, and assist with scheduling tool, automation, and SOP implementation.

Owns care delivery product capabilities including prescribing, prior authorizations, and virtual visit workflows. The role gathers clinical and business requirements, prioritizes roadmaps, translates needs into product specifications, partners with engineering and cross-functional teams, tracks product metrics, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and leads feature rollout and training. It also identifies responsible applications of AI and automation to reduce clinical and administrative burdens in a regulated healthcare environment.
