Owns Forgen’s enterprise business application portfolio, serving as the functional expert for CMiC and related financial, project management, HR, and payroll systems. Responsibilities include configuration, access and workflow administration, requirements gathering, process design, reporting, integrations, data governance, testing, upgrades, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and user adoption. The role partners closely with construction, field operations, accounting, payroll, and compliance teams, including periodic active jobsite visits and support for NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC controls.

Supports preconstruction, estimating, proposal development, field engineering, CAD drafting, quantity takeoffs, bid coordination, and project turnover. Responsibilities include reviewing construction documents, developing estimates and technical exhibits, obtaining subcontractor pricing, preparing bid and turnover packages, supporting project startup, and creating grading plans, profiles, staging plans, and earthwork calculations. The role is a hybrid office and field position with opportunities to progress into estimating, project engineering, or preconstruction management.

The HRIS Manager leads the strategy, implementation, optimization, security, and ongoing management of HR information systems. Responsibilities include system configuration, integrations, data governance, reporting, compliance, access controls, vendor coordination, technical support, process automation, training, and change management. The role partners with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to improve HR processes, enable workforce insights, and support scalable organizational growth.
