Design, develop, and integrate electrical systems for semiconductor equipment including power distribution, control panels, PLC/motion integration, schematics/BOMs, and compliance. The Director of Battery Sales will develop sales strategies, lead a sales team, manage customer relationships, and contribute to financial planning and market analysis to drive revenue growth in the Li-ion battery sector.

Oversee financial accounting, reporting, close processes, reconciliations, revenue recognition, lease accounting, payroll accruals, accounts payable and receivable, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls. Maintain GAAP-compliant records, support financial analysis and system improvements, and mentor Staff Accountants while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Lead North American semiconductor business development for Forge Nano thin film (ALDx) solutions. Build pipeline, pursue strategic accounts across front-end and back-end fabs, engage cross-functional teams, support technical sales and negotiations, manage and coach a BD team, deliver presentations, and develop business cases and TCO/ROI models to drive qualification and production adoption.

Run and optimize ALD thin-film processes on the TEPHRA cluster tool in a cleanroom R&D lab. Plan experiments, execute DOE, analyze ellipsometry and metrology data, document procedures and maintain equipment. Collaborate with scientists, technicians, and hardware engineers to transfer processes, evaluate hardware, and support safe, OSHA-compliant lab operations.

Lead R&D for next-generation coatings and processes using Forge Nano's ALD platform for semiconductor applications. Drive strategic programs, customer engagements, scale innovations to manufacturing, mentor staff, manage projects, and protect IP while ensuring lab and cleanroom safety.

Develop, program, and commission PLC control logic and HMI/GUIs for semiconductor ALD production equipment. Configure industrial communications, safety logic (HAZOP), servers/OPC-UA/Historians, and support field commissioning and remote troubleshooting. Produce control documentation, technical writing, and participate in cross-functional design reviews.

Manage semiconductor equipment products through lifecycle: define roadmaps and specs, analyze market and customer requirements, collaborate across engineering, sales, operations and marketing, coordinate forecasting and demand, and support product adoption and profitability targets.

Lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering organization to deliver reliable, manufacturable semiconductor capital equipment. Own product architecture and roadmap for 200/300 mm platforms, enforce systems engineering and configuration control, drive development from requirements through verification and release, manage budget and partners, and ensure cross-functional alignment with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customers.
