Supports commercialization of Atomic Layer Deposition equipment and processes through engineering documentation, equipment testing, validation, commissioning, process troubleshooting, data analysis, and customer support. Assists with PFDs, P&IDs, specifications, manuals, SOPs, factory acceptance testing, root-cause investigations, design reviews, and technical deliverables. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, operations, project teams, and customers in office and battery prototype manufacturing environments, with up to 15% travel.

Supports the development, programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and documentation of industrial automation and control systems for semiconductor ALD production equipment. Responsibilities include PLC and HMI development, safety and interlock implementation, controls hardware integration, industrial networking, FAT/SAT participation, motion control tuning, remote diagnostics, technical documentation, and process optimization. Collaborates with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and operations teams in office and production environments.

Supports the Chief Legal Counsel with contract administration, corporate governance, compliance, securities transactions, intellectual property records, litigation support, legal research, and legal operations. Maintains corporate and legal records, coordinates filings and document execution, manages deadlines and outside counsel matters, supports audits and due diligence, and contributes to process improvements. The role works cross-functionally with Finance, HR, technical teams, executives, and external counsel in an on-site corporate environment.

Design, develop, and integrate electrical systems for semiconductor equipment including power distribution, control panels, PLC/motion integration, schematics/BOMs, and compliance. Support system bring-up, troubleshooting, validation, product development, cross-functional coordination, documentation, and on-site commissioning.

Oversee financial accounting, reporting, close processes, reconciliations, revenue recognition, lease accounting, payroll accruals, accounts payable and receivable, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls. Maintain GAAP-compliant records, support financial analysis and system improvements, and mentor Staff Accountants while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Lead North American semiconductor business development for Forge Nano thin film (ALDx) solutions. Build pipeline, pursue strategic accounts across front-end and back-end fabs, engage cross-functional teams, support technical sales and negotiations, manage and coach a BD team, deliver presentations, and develop business cases and TCO/ROI models to drive qualification and production adoption.

Run and optimize ALD thin-film processes on the TEPHRA cluster tool in a cleanroom R&D lab. Plan experiments, execute DOE, analyze ellipsometry and metrology data, document procedures and maintain equipment. Collaborate with scientists, technicians, and hardware engineers to transfer processes, evaluate hardware, and support safe, OSHA-compliant lab operations.

Develop, program, and commission PLC control logic and HMI/GUIs for semiconductor ALD production equipment. Configure industrial communications, safety logic (HAZOP), servers/OPC-UA/Historians, and support field commissioning and remote troubleshooting. Produce control documentation, technical writing, and participate in cross-functional design reviews.
