Manage daily shipping and supply chain operations by planning delivery routes, tracking shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, communicating with carriers, and optimizing fulfillment to reduce costs, prevent delays, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Monitor active shipments from origin to delivery using tracking software, identify delays, communicate status to stakeholders, and rapidly troubleshoot transit issues to maximize transparency and maintain high on-time delivery rates.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: partner with hiring managers to define needs, source and screen candidates, guide applicants through the hiring pipeline, deliver great candidate experience, and reduce time-to-hire.

Lead project planning, execution, and closeout by coordinating teams, managing resources and budgets, tracking progress, communicating risks to stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements.
