Leads major and planned giving efforts by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding approximately 150 donors and prospects. Manages high-value donor portfolios, develops fundraising strategies and proposals, tracks goals and donor data, researches prospects, and collaborates with program and development teams. Provides subject matter expertise, mentors junior fundraisers, supports strategic planning, and advances donor retention and revenue growth. Frequent travel, including virtual and in-person donor visits, is required.

The Senior Communications Officer develops, writes, edits, and proofreads digital and print content aligned with organizational messaging and brand standards. The role creates impact stories, communications plans, reports, and outreach materials; supports website and email communications; collaborates with program teams, funders, donors, media, and vendors; and may supervise future direct reports. Frequent travel and hybrid work are required after the initial 90 days.
