Field-based territory sales role managing and growing relationships with auto dealerships across Denver and surrounding areas. Prospect, onboard, and support dealer partners, deliver consultative product education, meet clients in-person, and drive loan originations. Autonomy to set schedule; regular travel within territory; focus on prospecting, presenting, closing, and maintaining strong dealer relationships.

Lead operationalization of the Compliance Management System: measure and rank compliance risk, design controls, manage policies, run risk-based monitoring and testing, coordinate exams, drive issue remediation, report KPIs to leadership and board, and directly manage compliance staff while partnering across business, operations, and technology.

Partner with executive leadership to drive enterprise strategy, build board-facing analyses, and design the company operating model. Own prioritization, planning cadences, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional initiatives. Translate strategy into structured plans, leverage data and analytics to inform decisions, and support forecasting and scenario analysis with Finance.
