Leads, coaches, and develops an inside sales team to achieve sales, conversion, productivity, customer experience, and call center performance goals. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, call coaching, accountability, employee development, hiring support, scheduling, escalated customer concerns, compliance, and collaboration with Training, Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, and Human Resources.

Provides administrative support for residential title processes in a production center. Gathers, validates, and maintains title information, files, records, reports, and workflow tracking. Responds to inquiries, resolves issues, prepares documentation, and communicates with internal teams, external clients, and field offices. Requires title industry knowledge, customer service skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and company or client operating systems.

Tests software applications through automated and manual scripts, validates functionality and documentation, and supports quality improvements. The role develops test plans, participates in Agile ceremonies, analyzes workflows, documents test procedures and results, tracks issue resolution, and collaborates with developers, business units, and stakeholders. It requires testing across Windows and mainframe CICS environments, using Jira and Confluence for test management and collaboration.
