Senior FP&A professional responsible for building financial models, forecasts, budgets, KPI dashboards, cash flow projections, and operating plans for multiple e-commerce, retail distribution, and CPG clients. The role includes variance analysis, financial data reconciliation, due diligence support, lender credit packages, strategic reporting, and collaboration with CFOs and Controllers. The candidate must manage 8–10 clients simultaneously and communicate insights to senior management.

Manage month-end close, financial reporting, cash flow projections, reconciliations, inventory accounting, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and client financial packages. Serve as an accounting consultant to multiple clients, support audits and budgets, analyze profitability, and prepare special reports. The role requires strong expertise in QuickBooks Online and Xero, advanced Excel skills, sound accounting knowledge, and proactive client communication.

Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting for a portfolio of e-commerce and CPG clients. Lead accounting teams, review reconciliations, inventory, payables, receivables, payroll, financial packages, dashboards, and KPIs. Serve as a strategic client advisor, escalation point, and quality-control leader. Develop SOPs, train staff, manage pod budgets, and drive automation and AI-enabled efficiencies using accounting and e-commerce technology.

Serve as a fractional CFO for multiple e-commerce, retail, and CPG brands. Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash runway planning, financial modeling, KPI reporting, capital planning, fundraising, M&A, debt strategy, and board communications. Partner with founders, executives, investors, and banking relationships while improving delivery through automation, templates, systems, and documented processes.

Oversee a pod of accounting professionals and client books, ensuring accurate month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, inventory accounting, AP, AR, and payroll reviews. Serve as a client escalation point, review financial packages and quality controls, supervise and train staff, develop SOPs, manage the pod budget, and support client communications in a multi-client, e-commerce-focused environment.
