Builds scalable automation and control frameworks for new token launches, manages custodians and exchanges, and reports digital asset positions, flows, and exposures to executives, the board, and auditors.

Lead SEC and financial reporting for a public fintech company, managing preparation and filing of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, XBRL tagging, and disclosure. Maintain reporting calendar, SOX controls, collaborate with legal, auditors, and executives, and provide technical accounting guidance on new standards and strategic projects.
