The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating leads from named accounts in the insurance industry, utilizing various outreach methods and tools while collaborating with Account Executives to penetrate target organizations effectively.

Lead and manage FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Partner with executives to analyze performance, drive AOP and re-forecast cycles, evaluate strategic initiatives, optimize departmental budgets, scale financial systems, and mentor the FP&A team to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The Senior Customer Success Manager will lead project planning, coordinate stakeholders, manage customer requests, and ensure successful software delivery and user training.
