Manage a portfolio of North American clients to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Resolve inbound client issues, recommend strategic improvements, lead client and internal projects, meet KPIs for growth, communication SLAs, and retention, and advise clients using product and industry expertise.

The Senior Web Designer will lead complex website design projects for enterprise clients, ensuring user-centered design and technical feasibility while collaborating across teams and mentoring junior designers.
