Own EULER’s product function, strategy, roadmap, and execution while leading and developing the PM team. Partner with founders, CTO, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver integrations, workflows, and platform capabilities tied to adoption, retention, pipeline, and revenue. Lead discovery, customer research, KPI definition, sprint planning, release processes, and cross-functional alignment as a hands-on product leader.

Own and build Euler’s technical documentation ecosystem, including help center content, onboarding guides, FAQs, release notes, API documentation, integration guides, and internal playbooks. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, users, and partners to translate complex product functionality into clear, accurate content. Establish documentation standards, audit existing materials, identify knowledge gaps, and keep resources current as the platform evolves.

Engineering Manager responsible for leading a software engineering team, managing sprint planning and delivery, maintaining engineering quality standards, mentoring engineers, identifying risks, and partnering with Product, Design, and the Director of Engineering. This player-coach role requires technical leadership, experience with Bubble.io or low-code platforms, agile delivery expertise, and support for hiring and onboarding as the company grows.

Build EULER’s product marketing function from the ground up. Own positioning, messaging, category narrative, product launch strategy, sales and customer success enablement, customer proof, competitive intelligence, and thought leadership. Establish launch processes, partner with executives and cross-functional teams, and measure product marketing’s impact on revenue, win rates, adoption, and expansion. This role requires strong B2B SaaS product marketing expertise and partner ecosystem fluency.

Founding Sales Engineer responsible for technical discovery, tailored demos, proofs of concept, RFPs, security reviews, and sales-to-onboarding handoffs for an AI-native B2B SaaS platform. The role requires building the sales engineering function from scratch, developing playbooks and reusable assets, partnering with Product and Engineering, and supporting complex enterprise and mid-market deals involving CRM integrations, APIs, security, and data mapping.

Develop custom customer integrations and provide Bubble.io guidance. Build and maintain Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM integrations; manipulate data with Python and Pandas; design AWS Lambda microservices; support client onboarding and collaborate with the development team to improve the platform.

Drive outbound sales and full-cycle deal execution, from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations and closing. Manage pipeline activity in HubSpot, meet sales targets, build consultative relationships with partnership and revenue leaders, develop market expertise, and provide customer feedback to the product team.

Own EULER’s data lifecycle, including instrumentation, validation, reconciliation, privacy, anonymization, canonical data modeling, analytics datasets, documentation, and production pipelines. The role requires strong SQL, software engineering practices, independent ownership, skepticism toward data quality, and clear communication. Preferred experience includes GDPR/LGPD, multi-tenant B2B SaaS, dbt, statistics, Cloudflare Workers, Postgres, Parquet, DuckDB, and Bubble.

Provides technical customer support for a B2B SaaS platform through email, Slack, and support tickets. Troubleshoots integrations, APIs, data synchronization, configurations, and customer environments by analyzing logs and testing solutions. Owns issues through resolution, communicates clearly with customers, escalates reproducible bugs to Engineering, and develops documentation and knowledge-base content. Identifies recurring support patterns and proactively recommends improvements.

Owns EULER’s post-sale customer success strategy, retention, expansion, adoption, and churn outcomes. Leads and develops the Customer Success team, builds scalable lifecycle playbooks, defines health scoring and success standards, manages strategic accounts, and partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering. The role also oversees customer reporting, risk identification, hiring, onboarding, and continuous improvement in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Own the end-to-end B2B SaaS customer onboarding experience from contract signature through go-live. Design and improve onboarding workflows, deliver product training, align customer success goals, manage cross-functional handoffs, track activation and time-to-value metrics, and surface customer feedback to Product. The role requires managing multiple engagements, building scalable onboarding processes, and ensuring customers achieve early and lasting value.

Design end-to-end product experiences for EULER’s partner portal and admin platform. Responsibilities include user research, workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, AI-driven interactions, design system contributions, prototyping, usability testing, engineering collaboration, and post-launch optimization. The role focuses on simplifying complex B2B partnership workflows for multiple user types while defining effective, human-centered AI experiences.

Lead and mentor the UX/UI design team while remaining hands-on across product design. Own the end-to-end UX/UI vision, design system, prototyping, research, usability testing, engineering handoff, and design metrics for a multi-sided B2B SaaS platform. Partner closely with product and engineering, guide AI-assisted design workflows using Figma and Claude, and improve adoption, engagement, and task completion.

Lead customer onboarding, training, technical support, relationship management, success planning, retention, renewals, and expansion for B2B SaaS customers. Monitor customer health, usage, CSAT, NPS, and lifetime value while escalating technical issues and advocating for product improvements. As the first Customer Success Manager, establish customer-facing processes and help shape the future customer success organization.
