Provides direct care and supervision for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. Responsibilities include milieu management, safety checks, de-escalation support, group and meal facilitation, vital signs, documentation in the EHR, transportation, patient outings, and administrative support. The role requires schedule flexibility, weekend and holiday availability, and adherence to applicable certification and regulatory requirements.

Provides psychiatric care to patients with eating disorders and mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. Evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, orders medications, documents care, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, participates in insurance reviews, and supports quality improvement. The role includes inpatient rounds, weekend on-call coverage approximately every two to three months, community education, and occasional travel.

The Clinical Manager leads and supervises counseling staff at an inpatient eating disorder facility, provides direct counseling and group services, manages patient assignments and documentation, monitors care quality and compliance, recruits and evaluates staff, develops training protocols, supports budgeting and strategic planning, and coordinates with internal teams and community professionals.

Provide comprehensive psychiatric care for patients with eating disorders, mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and co-occurring conditions. Diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, manage medications, provide psychotherapy, determine levels of care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Psychiatrists also lead treatment planning, advocate during insurance reviews, document care, participate in weekend call rotations, and mentor staff and trainees.

Leads the organization’s end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle, including billing, claims, payment posting, denials, accounts receivable, collections, and reimbursement performance. Drives cash flow improvement, reduces denials and DSO, analyzes KPIs, resolves root causes, advances automation and process improvements, and partners across Finance, Operations, Clinical Services, Patient Access, Compliance, and IT. Develops and leads a high-performing revenue cycle team.

Provides psychiatric healthcare under physician supervision, including patient evaluations, psychiatric histories and examinations, treatment planning, medication orders, documentation, care coordination, insurance peer reviews, and inpatient call coverage. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, participates in quality improvement and clinical coordination, supports patient advocacy, and may provide community education. The role requires eating-disorder and psychiatric treatment experience, weekend call approximately once every two to three months, and travel up to 25%.
