Responsibilities include designing the clinical development plan and Phase 1 protocol, shaping translational and biomarker strategies, supporting IND and regulatory planning, running advisory boards, building KOL and site networks, and engaging scientific and patient communities. Requires an MD, early clinical development expertise, proof-of-mechanism experience, strategic judgment, and an established autoimmune disease network.
