Lead improvement of quality management systems at Entegris Colorado Springs sites. Conduct internal and customer QMS audits, guide cross-functional teams on CAPA and continuous improvement, deploy QMS projects globally, analyze metrics/KPIs, and coach process owners to raise QMS maturity.

Lead design, implementation, commissioning, and optimization of automation, robotics, PLCs, HMIs/SCADA, and vision-based inspection systems. Drive vendor selection, FAT/SAT, root-cause analysis, safety and compliance, MES integration, and diagnostics. Mentor engineers, standardize global automation platforms, and recommend strategic improvements to improve OEE, throughput, quality, and cost efficiency.

Lead first-shift FOUP assembly operations, supervising staff to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Train, coach, conduct audits, drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, 6S, Gemba), implement corrective actions (8D), coordinate scheduling, and support production/process improvements.

Execute outbound shipments, prepare shipping documentation, manage SAP shipping and inventory transactions, coordinate freight and carriers, stage goods, support international shipments, perform material handling and cycle counts, operate warehouse equipment, and maintain accurate logistics records and 6S work areas.
