Lead assembly, integration, and testing of satellite payloads, spacecraft buses, and subsystems. Develop test plans, procedures, and automation scripts; execute functional and environmental tests; troubleshoot integration issues; document results; and coordinate with engineering and program teams to ensure spacecraft meet requirements and launch readiness milestones.

Administers enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft GCC High, Azure Government, and AWS GovCloud environments. Manages identity and access, endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, backups, monitoring, incident response, encryption, and compliance documentation. Supports onboarding and offboarding, investigates security events, maintains infrastructure documentation, coordinates with vendors and global teams, and recommends improvements to security controls, cloud architecture, and operational processes.

Define and manage system and subsystem requirements for nanosat and smallsat projects. Collaborate with software and hardware teams, communicate with customers to translate needs into technical solutions, drive projects from concept to deployment, and evaluate/negotiation of satellite solutions to meet mission objectives.

Lead end-to-end satellite programs from contract award through on-orbit operations. Oversee planning, integration, testing, launch preparation, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, supplier coordination, and cross-functional teams while delivering technical performance, schedule, and customer updates.

Operate and monitor spacecraft telemetry, investigate anomalies, plan and execute payload commissioning, develop and validate flight procedures and automation scripts, coordinate passes and activity logs, mitigate operational risks, and support continuous improvement of satellite operations.

Hands-on senior IT systems and security administrator responsible for on-site IT support, managing on-prem and government cloud (GCC High, Azure Government, AWS GovCloud) infrastructure, identity and access, endpoint and network security, incident response, vulnerability management, backups/disaster recovery, compliance (CMMC, NIST, FedRAMP, ITAR), and coordinating with vendors and global teams.

Hunt and close new satellite and aerospace customers in the US. Own territory end-to-end: prospect, build pipeline, coordinate with engineering/product teams to scope proposals, attend industry events, meet sales targets, and maintain customer relationships while reporting pipeline and forecasts.
