Leads provider network account management strategy, engagement, retention, growth, and operational scaling. Oversees strategic provider relationships, renewal efforts, account planning, performance reporting, cross-functional workflows, and AI-enabled automation. Builds and develops a high-performing team while partnering with Member Services, Claims, Clinical, Analytics, Product, and Engineering to improve provider experience, network outcomes, and operational efficiency. The role is remote in the United States, with East Coast preference and approximately 40% travel.

Manage a portfolio of clients and brokers to ensure delivery and long-term value. Own execution of account plans, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, resolve service issues, drive adoption, retention, upsell, and maintain CRM data hygiene while supporting engagement marketing.
