The Physician - Endocrinologist will conduct clinical trials as Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator, provide medical care to patients, evaluate trial participants, and ensure compliance with trial protocols and regulations.

Coordinate and support clinical trials including recruitment, informed consent, specimen collection and handling, regulatory documentation, data entry in EDC/REDCap, scheduling visits, and communication with sponsors, monitors, and IRBs.

Coordinates regulatory approvals, essential documents, contracts, budgets, vendors, recruitment readiness, and cross-functional handoffs. Tracks milestones, manages workflow systems, escalates delays, supports performance reporting, and drives process improvements. Serves as a subject-matter expert and mentor while partnering with leadership to improve study activation timelines and recruitment performance.

Plans, launches, and optimizes paid digital advertising campaigns for clinical trial patient recruitment. Manages Google, Meta, and other advertising platforms; monitors budgets, lead quality, conversion metrics, and enrollment performance; and produces reporting for leadership. Creates compliant patient-facing scripts, ad copy, email and SMS templates, landing-page content, and visual materials using Canva. Maintains asset libraries and approval tracking while coordinating with recruitment teams, site managers, sponsors, and IRBs.

Coordinates clinical research data and source documentation across clinical operations, contracts, study sites, and CTMS teams. Interprets clinical trial agreements, performs system data entry, reviews CTMS templates, develops standardized source documents, supports system integration, addresses audit findings, and provides site troubleshooting. Ensures documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and alignment with protocol requirements across multiple studies.
