Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase adoption of BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy. Manage healthcare provider accounts through in-person meetings, call cycles, Salesforce activity tracking, performance analysis, educational support, and reimbursement guidance. Build relationships with providers, clinical teams, coordinators, and pharmaceutical partners; communicate competitive intelligence and business risks; and attend sales meetings, conferences, training, and conventions while traveling throughout Colorado.

Manages and expands provider networks through complex contract negotiations, relationship development, provider servicing, customized fee schedules, and network composition analysis. Serves as a resource and mentor for contracting staff, prepares financial projections, conducts negotiations and documentation, supports enterprise projects, and communicates with professional providers. Requires independent judgment, negotiation expertise, provider contracting experience, and occasional travel to worksites or other locations.

Lead development and management of provider networks with emphasis on contracting and relationship management for complex providers, negotiate non-standard contracts and fee schedules, mentor contracting staff, prepare financial projections and analyses, and collaborate across teams including sales and enterprise projects.

Manage a team of clinical and non-clinical staff overseeing post-physician-review workflows, complex escalations, authorizations, appeals, and care coordination. Ensure adherence to medical policy and benefits, partner with physicians and cross-functional teams to remove barriers, improve workflows, and drive timely, high-quality outcomes for providers and members.
