Lead mid- to large-scale commercial flooring projects from initiation through closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, WIP reconciliations, change orders, construction documentation, subcontractors, general contractors, job site coordination, quality, and client communication. Interpret drawings and specifications, resolve field issues, oversee project financials, and mentor project team members while maintaining safety, accountability, and profitability.

Lead and develop an account management and sales team to drive revenue, profitability, and customer retention. Create sales strategies, manage forecasts and budgets, sponsor key client relationships, use CRM and sales data to monitor performance, coordinate cross-functional execution, recruit and mentor sellers, and represent the company in market and industry events.
