Lead Egnyte's corporate communications strategy across PR, executive communications, social media, and crisis management. Build and mentor a communications team, manage agencies and budget, drive thought leadership and media relations, and partner with executives to shape messaging and public presence. Track KPIs and amplify integrated campaigns across product and demand functions.

Lead end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution across channels (webinars, email, paid media), align cross-functional teams, optimize funnel performance and attribution, manage budgets, and integrate AI-driven solutions to drive pipeline, lead quality, and ROI.

Own sales playbooks and incentive programs that drive measurable pipeline growth. Build Salesforce reports, SQL datasets, Tableau dashboards, forecasts, and segmentation models. Partner with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, RevOps, and IT to automate analysis, improve data hygiene, measure program impact, and communicate insights. This senior individual-contributor role manages programs end to end and uses AI to replace manual workflows with scalable systems.

Leads deal desk activities supporting renewals and direct sales by structuring complex and non-standard deals, developing pricing strategies, managing revenue recognition requirements, and improving profitability and sales-cycle efficiency. Partners with Sales, Renewals, Product Management, Marketing, and enablement teams; establishes scalable processes, metrics, and practices across geographies; and leads high-performing teams.

Own Egnyte’s Financial Services and Insurance product strategy, translating industry workflows into product use cases, requirements, and priorities. Influence product managers’ roadmaps, define AI agents and document extraction capabilities, support strategic customers and sales opportunities, and collaborate on positioning, go-to-market strategy, and success metrics. Represent the company at industry events and customer advisory sessions.

Develop financial-services-focused product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market campaigns for Egnyte. Enable sales with industry sales plays and content, lead solution launches, create thought leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition and retention.
