Provides technical support for EasyPost’s GlobalShip enterprise shipping solution. Responsibilities include client configuration, troubleshooting, customer follow-up, minor software and database adjustments, software testing and deployment, issue escalation, and coordination with support and integration teams. The role requires managing multiple support issues, communicating effectively with customers and internal teams, and adapting to new technologies. Travel is required occasionally, and the position may be remote or hybrid.

Drive new business and revenue growth for Parcel Insurance by prospecting target accounts, managing the full B2B sales cycle, meeting quotas, presenting insurance solutions, negotiating contracts, maintaining Salesforce pipeline data, and building relationships with e-commerce, logistics, shipping, and insurance decision-makers. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Insurance teams while providing market and customer feedback to support product strategy and expansion.

Provides broad corporate legal counsel, supporting governance, board matters, M&A, SEC filings, entity management, equity plans, commercial contracts, product launches, disputes, intellectual property, and compliance. Partners with Sales, Product, Finance, executives, and outside counsel to manage risk, negotiate agreements, improve legal processes, and support company growth. Requires strong judgment, communication, negotiation, organizational skills, and meaningful in-house technology-company experience.
