Lead and evolve enterprise and client-facing cybersecurity strategy, governance, and incident response. Own end-to-end lifecycle of MSP/MSSP services: define service catalog, pricing, documentation, and governance; align Sales, Delivery, Support; drive AI-enabled automation, profitability, and scalability.

Own and optimize DYOPATH's Salesforce platform with emphasis on CPQ/Revenue Cloud, automation (Flow Builder), integrations, data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and efficiency.

Detect and respond to security threats across network, systems, and cloud environments; troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents; perform root cause analysis; tune SIEM/EDR; mentor junior SNOC engineers; create SOPs and support compliance initiatives (CMMC, SOC 2, ISO 27001).

Provide timely financial support including journal entries, month-end close activities, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, audit support, 1099 preparation, AP/billing backup, and process improvement projects to ensure accurate financial reporting.
