Manage client relationships and execute end-to-end duty drawback operations. Analyze supply chain data and documentation, prepare compliant claims, verify records, track tariff savings, identify recovery opportunities, and advise clients and internal teams. Partner with product and engineering to improve AI-assisted drawback technology. Requires strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, especially 19 CFR § 190 and drawback provisions, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
