Leads planned and deferred gift fundraising across the Great Plains Region. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating prospects, soliciting estate and planned gifts, coordinating conservation funding proposals, partnering with event staff and volunteers, guiding volunteer leadership, supporting campaign goals, and serving as liaison to the States Campaign Committee. The role requires extensive travel and residence in an agreed location, with emphasis on the Greater Denver area.

Provides administrative, operational, communications, and project support for conservation programs across Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming. Coordinates schedules, meetings, contractors, partners, permits, budgets, records, grants, events, office resources, fleet and field equipment. Supports reports, outreach, donor materials, compliance documentation, travel, and day-to-day office operations while helping conservation projects progress from planning through completion.
