Manage approximately 150 mid-market agriculture customers throughout the post-onboarding lifecycle. Drive product adoption, customer value realization, renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities through success plans, business reviews, health monitoring, proactive outreach, and risk mitigation. Coordinate training, manage escalations, maintain forecasts and account records, and communicate customer feedback internally. Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations to strengthen relationships and protect recurring revenue.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable Workday Finance software, APIs, backend services, distributed systems, and data models. Support financial transactions, accounting, billing, revenue, reporting, reconciliation, and auditability. Troubleshoot production issues, improve reliability and observability, contribute to CI/CD and testing, participate in architecture decisions, and mentor engineers while partnering with Product Management and Finance experts.
