The Junior Enterprise Account Executive will generate and close new and expansion business within target enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include account-based selling, pipeline and territory management, forecasting, product demonstrations, opportunity creation, negotiations, and exceeding sales quotas. The role collaborates with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and executives to drive customer acquisition, satisfaction, expansion, and retention.

Manage enterprise software customer relationships, success plans, business reviews, retention, advocacy, health metrics, ROI analysis, and product feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires SaaS experience, CRM proficiency, leadership experience, strong communication, and domestic travel up to 25%.

Identify and qualify SMB/mid-market prospects, run demos and negotiations, manage CRM pipeline, collaborate with marketing and customer success, meet quota targets, and relay market feedback to inform product and sales strategy.
