Manage customer account portfolios, create and execute sales plans to meet volume and value goals, build executive-level customer relationships, lead negotiations and long-term contracts, mentor sellers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive product/innovation alignment with customer needs while representing Dows broader portfolio and sustainability initiatives.

Maintain and grow regional accounts, develop sales and digital pipelines, negotiate pricing and contracts, use digital platforms (Dow.com, CRM, SmartPrice, OMP) to manage forecasts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support order-to-cash and channel strategy.

Develop and execute marketing plans across digital and traditional channels to drive demand generation. Support strategic and field marketing, create commercial-ready materials, provide market intelligence and competitive/pricing analysis, prioritize portfolio projects, and enable channel effectiveness.

Manage customer prioritization and product allocation during order-control events, maintain monthly volume forecasts, and manage OMP data. Coordinate the monthly demand process and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply to resolve demand issues and align plans.
