Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle for enterprise SecOps customers: onboard and train, drive adoption, run QBRs, secure renewals, identify churn risk, coordinate escalations, and collaborate with sales and product teams to expand accounts and communicate product feedback.

Build modern JavaScript single-page applications and PHP backend services for cybersecurity products. Lead global People Operations for a remote-first, high-growth security company. Own talent strategy, HRIS and payroll/EOR operations, total rewards, L&D, org design, compliance, culture, people analytics, and M&A integration while advising the executive team and Board.
