Design transportation infrastructure for local, state, and federal agencies, including roadway geometry and corridor modeling. Support construction administration, field inspection, code compliance, QA/QC, and multidisciplinary project delivery. Use AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley MicroStation OpenRoads for detailed CAD design. The role is primarily office-based but includes occasional travel, overnight stays, site visits, and construction fieldwork.

Leads civil engineering and site development projects from planning and design through construction. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality reviews, deliverables, and multidisciplinary coordination. Builds client relationships, supports business development, mentors staff, and contributes to federal, National Park Service, municipal, and transportation projects. Requires civil engineering or landscape architecture education, professional licensure, and 10+ years of experience.

Leads HR Business Partners and supports HR leadership through organizational growth, acquisitions, integrations, and transformation. Oversees employee relations, compliance, onboarding, performance management, benefits, HR operations, workforce planning, change management, HR technology, reporting, and employee data. Advises executives and operational leaders while building consistent HR practices across multiple offices, entities, and business units. Requires strong employment law knowledge, leadership experience, communication skills, and periodic travel.
