The Marketing Director will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to double sales, enhance brand positioning, and optimize lead generation in a B2B industrial market.

Support a Denver site by assisting the General Manager and Community Director with financial analysis, property quality control, resident relations and legal compliance, maintenance and capital projects, leasing and marketing oversight, and delivering exceptional customer service while fostering a positive work environment.

Lead outside quota-carrying sales for complex systems: read drawings, architect pursuits, manage multi-stakeholder bids, collaborate with estimating/engineering/operations, and close long-cycle deals through consultative selling and persistent follow-through.

Own strategic relationships for top accounts, align HCM strategy with client goals, drive retention and revenue through solutioning, coordinate SMEs, track roadmaps and outcomes, and identify upsell opportunities while managing escalations and compliance guidance.
