Health Insurance + Wellness
Dental insurance
The plan will pay 100% Preventative, 80% Basic, and 50% Major. $2,000 Annual Maximum. Deductible of $50 individual and $150 family for basic and major services. Orthodontics at 50%.
Disability insurance
6 weeks of salary continuation at 100% beginning on 8th consecutive day - 60% up to $20,000 per month if unable to work due to disability longer than 12 weeks.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Contribute from $120 to $2,650 per household (per calendar year) for reimbursement of health‐related expenses you may need to pay for out of pocket.
Health insurance
Options include a Consumer Driven Healthcare Plan (CDHP) and PPO. Prescription Drug Plan is also covered under these medical plans. DigitalGlobe pays the majority of costs for both FT/PT employees.
